You need to know what channels are in the person's package and then you go into Schedules Direct and edit the channel lineup, removing those channels that are not in the person's purchased digital package.

Schedules direct will list all channels, but not all will be available for that purchased tier

Also of note, I'm still on .29 and have not recorded anything since 2019 when I cancelled my service; so have not moved to the XML based mythfilldatabase
