Here's what I did to get it running with mythvideo with a newly built
seektable (modified to match your filesystem...):

cp 10070_20210123131900.ts /store/Movies/
mythutil --scanvideos

mythtranscode --video --buildindex --allkeys --showprogress
--infile /store/Movies/10070_20210123131900.ts
