Mine are 74x57 pixel versions, and it looks as if they are created from 
the downloads when the EPG is first created.  Mine all show yesterday at 
15:47.

I haven't scanned for icons on my Fedora box recently, and my 
~/.mythtv/channels folder there has .png files from 2016 that are not 
shown in the EPG.  I suppose that's a config issue somewhere.  Perhaps 
an icon rescan will fix it - if they don't get re-disabled at source.
