[mythtv-users] Can't start mythfrontend with TV off since moving to Intel graphics

That won't work for intel graphics.  Here's my output from Xorg trying the
settings:

[    11.993] (WW) intel(0): Option "ConnectedMonitor" is not used

[    11.993] (WW) intel(0): Option "IgnoreEDID" is not used
[    11.993] (WW) intel(0): Option "UseEDID" is not used
