It works!!! :-) Interstellar now fetches. Great job Roland. Much 
appreciated.


I'm suspicious there's still something not quite right about my nfs set 
up. The "-D" step of the fetch took nearly 3 minutes, and all the time I 
could hear my server disc being accessed, but the current timeouts seem 
long enough to cope.
