[mythtv-users] Fresh install fails - v31

I just saw v31 was updated overnight to 2:31.0+fixes.202003052109.7097da3~ubuntu18.04.1
So on my development system I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04.4 minimal and then installed mythtv.  That went fine, but when I tried to install mythplugins that failed again due to php7.2-cli not being installed.  Once I cleaned up from the failure, I did sudo apt install php7.2-cli. I could then sudo apt install mythplugins with no issues.
