Could it be that your capture card, which is configured for DVB-C, is
connected to a video source with DVB-T channels?
If that is the case you need to create a new video source and see if that
works:
- create a new video source
- configure the DVB-C parameters (see
https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Channel_Scanning#DVB-C_configuration)
- connect the DVB-C capture card to that video source
- and do  a channel scan
This should result in a list of valid channels that mythbackend will be
able to use.
