[mythtv-users] Android build on bintray

I have posted a new v31 android preview build 
(mythfrontend-20200119-arm-v31-Pre-1785-g83d8bbc825.apk) on bintray at 
https://dl.bintray.com/bennettpeter/generic/

There are many changes, including the new render code.

 From now on the android build will only work with the corresponding 
mythbackend version. To use it you need the latest v31 preview of 
mythbackend.
