I can't answer about the Hauppauge device, but I have tested recording 4 
HDTV 1080i ATSC OTA programs at the same time with a RPi4 4GB using a 
SiliconDust HDHR Quatro. And at the same time, watching a previously 
recorded program using the RPi4 as the Frontend and Backend.
