I believe all major broadcast stations in the US are digital. I'm pretty sure
the "not digital" part is a poorly-worded attempt to say that the "virtual"
channel (the number the station is known by colloquially and what you'd type
into your remote control -- in this case channel 11) isn't the one changing. So
I doubt this is relevant to OP's issue.
