[mythtv-users] MythWeb timezone incorrect and a possible fix?

Further more the backend is an Ubuntu LXD container running the mythtv PPA.
The timezone on the backend is set correctly as well,
# timedatectl
                      Local time: Sun 2020-02-09 09:44:06 IST
                  Universal time: Sun 2020-02-09 04:14:06 UTC
                        RTC time: n/a
                       Time zone: Asia/Kolkata (IST, +0530)
       System clock synchronized: yes
systemd-timesyncd.service active: yes
                 RTC in local TZ: no
