[mythtv-users] How can I rebuild show thumbnails for mythweb?

In the past, I had similar issues (pics were there, readable, and looked
good when opening them up outside of mythweb); doing a full refresh in my
browser of the mythweb website worked on more occasions than I'd like to
admit.
