I have a quad card DVB-T/T2 for UK Freeview setup where inputs 1-10 are
for tuner 1 named fv1, 11-20 for tuner 2, named fv2, 21-30, named fv3
for tuner 3 and 31-40, named fv4 for tuner 4

In Upcoming Recording sscreen it shows for Myth Center Wide 1.7 the
input  number on the right hand side of the screen, in Steppes it shows
(fv<n>) on the left hand side of the screen).

I set it up as follows:

-Add first Capture Card

-Add Video Source, if required

-Input Connections give it a display name e.g. for tuner 1, I used fv1,
tuner 2, fv2 and so on, set Video Source etc.

and in  Interactions between inputs set Max Recordings to what you
want, in your case 5 (never gets this high in reality), with Schedule as
Group unchecked.

-Then add second Capture Card, do the Input Connections stuff.

-Then add 3rd Capture Card, do the Input Connections stuff.

-Then 4th Capture Card, do the Input Connections stuff.

You can safely do a Delete All Capture cards (not Delete Capture Cards
on xxxx)  and then add the Capture Cards back in one at a time, all
tuning data is held under the Video Source (so do not delete any Video
Source).

As usual, you might want to do a database backup before doing any of the
above, just in case.
