If the drive is at all recoverable, spinrite should be able to get it to
the point where you can pull your data off it.

Yup, venerable old spinrite from Gibson Research Corporation. grc.com  I
keep an old computer sitting on my workbench just to spinrite drives.
It'll take many many hours or days to do it on level 2 - but if it's
recoverable, spinrite will get it readable.

If spinrite can see it but can't recover it....nothing can.
