This is a known problem with LiveTV in the UK using DVB-T/T2 (Freeview) 
see trac ticket https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/13292

The problem exists in mythtv version 29 and on including  latest mythtv 
master v31-Pre-43-g2bb8237d7b (I have just retested to confirm).
