I have the DVB-T/T2 version of that card running on Xubuntu 18.04 with
mythtv master (31-pre) using the Hauppauge ppa and it is rock solid.
I have also used mythtv 29 and 30, again no problems.

The person providing the ppa (Brad Love) has been very responsive when
there have been issues (not that there have been many for some time now).
