BTW when I completely build mythtv from source on the RP3 the same 
mistake was made as today on Mythtv Light. So I'm sure I could have 
gotten that to work as well.

As to mythweb, it now works on RP3.  On my normal install from packages 
on x86_64 I can just say 192.168.0.250 and get mythweb by default.  On 
the RP3 I had to add /mythweb to the IP addr.
