Not sure this is related but I just checked a new recording make tonight 
and after the commflag job finished and I could edit and load the 
cutlist. So it appears to be the problem exist on all recordings made 
with the old, now removed, HDHR tuners. As part of removing the old 
tuners and installing the Hauppauge WinTV Quad I had to rebuild the 
Video source which renumbered all the Channels.  Is the cutlist for each 
problem tied to the channel ID which has now changed???
