[mythtv-users] Playback issues on .29 on Ubuntu 18.04

On some channels, I get pauses and dropouts frequently.  Those same 
recordings playback from a Raspberry PI mythfrontend playback with no 
issues. This is from the NBC affiliate in Fort Worth, from HDHomerun ATSC.


The machine has a Nvidia GT1030 card.

This machine is on wired network.
It also has problems playing live TV, recordings in progress, from any 
channel.  The Rapsberry PI frontend has none of those problems.
