In Ubuntu, the us-ATSC-center-frequencies-8VSB file comes from the
dtv-scan-tables package, and I also have another copy that comes from
my tvheadend package:

/usr/share/tvheadend/data/dvb-scan/atsc/us-ATSC-center-frequencies-8VSB
