[mythtv-users] Upgraded Ubuntu 16.04->18.04; can't make interface or playback fullscreen

Ubuntu upgrade went shockingly well, but the menu bars are on top of the
Myth GUI and video playback.  Under 16.04, toggling Always on Top did the
trick, but it's not working now.  Anyone have any other ideas?

This is MythTV 0.29.
