[mythtv-users] In current master cannot receive HD DVB without resetting up card

Current behavior of master is that the backend starts with the state
that the tuner has. After power on this is the first delivery system
in the list. If it is set with dvb-fe-tool to another delivery system
then that is used. However, as it looks that the delivery system
selection now works OK a next step can be to add defaults so that it
works as expected with a v30 database.
