Well, you could, but I doubt the authorities would approve
of the training mechanisms required.

I believe a few posts (in the archives) talked about
setup (along with general instructions on the wiki
regarding the mythhdhrrecorder), or you can (try to)
follow the recent post about using the HDHR
Premium TV service which converts you to using
the external recorder, and just skip the part about
signing up for the HDHR Premium TV service,
and adding that lineup.

Or just (try to) build master with the recent ticket
created by a dev for improved locking/pooling,
which is likely the way of the future.
