Did you notice these messages in the MOTD?  According to that, you
have two updates waiting to be installed.  If you do "apt upgrade", do
you see the updates?

I can not see the MythTV PPA in those messages.  If you have just done
the upgrade to 18.04, remember that upgrading turns off all the PPAs.
You will need to edit the files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d to turn
them on again.
