[mythtv-users] Updated hdhomerun for Fedora / EPEL

While I'm working on getting admin access to the hdhomerun package on
Fedora / EPEL I have setup a temporary COPR[1] so people can update now.

Once I have updated packages in stable I will remove the COPR so you'll
need to delete the repo file once that happens.
