[mythtv-users] 2 missing channels with XMLTV JSON, but not missing with DataDirect.

This is interesting. A few hours after this original email, in a debug 
effort I ran:

  tv_grab_zz_sdjson_sqlite --quiet --get-lineup --config-file 
~/.mythtv/SD.xmltv

This time it showed the missing channels, so I went through the whole 
delete All Video Sources and setup XMLTV json again.  This time when 
finished and back online I see all expected channels with EPG data.

So problem solved.  I can only figure that SD found something on their 
end after my second email to them and fixed it.
