 From looking at the Intel specifications, the J4105 processor does not 
support Intel "Quick Sync Video", so VAAPI will not work with it.

Mostly it is the higher end processors which have Quick Sync support. 
This is rather ironic because the high end processors are capable of 
decoding in software, it is the low end processors that really need the 
acceleration.
