[mythtv-users] No live tv and not recording

Hi,
1) I started mythtv-setup in a shell, after typing "export LANG=en_US.UTF-8"
to avoid problems with locale. I see no more warnings about that.
2) Finally as grabber I choosed "over the air guide (EIT)", and the programm
guide is quite full. Another problem that seems to be resolved.
3) $ mythtv-setup --loglevel debug says:

command does not work in my Debian:

I restarted mythtv-setup by following step by step https://www.mythtv.org/
wiki/Setup_General, I cannot find the configuration error mythfrontend is
complaining about.
5) Watching tv is not possible: mythfrontend searches a while, then stops.
Message: 2018-03-12 22:02:24.462350 E TV::HandleStateChange(): LiveTV not
successfully started. Why ?
6) When I want to record tv, it seems to work, a read button is shown on the
episode I choosed.
But record does not work. I found in System Status
- Result: FAILED: XMLTV grabber returned error code 2. But I was told here
that this not critical and indeed the grabber works.
- I choose a film today at 15h30. At 15h29 I see "Single record +0 will
record".
But: Tuner 1 is not recording, Tuner 2 is not recording. I have an antenna
with 2 LNBs, but only one is connected to my computer.
Later on I get the message: "This showing was not recorded because this
episode will be recorded at a later time instead." Why ? With vlc I can watch
this episode that is running at the correct time.
In "Edit recording rule" I find: Today 6:00 : 6.00. So there seems to be a
mistake about the recording time. I found the sime time when trying with other
episodes at another time.
This explains recording problem, but how to relve it ?
So I am in progress, but it still won't work. It seems to me that I am quite
near to success, but I still need your help.
