[mythtv-users] Capture Card mythtv-setup screen missing fields?

Shouldn't there be more fields on the Capture Card setup screen than I
am seeing in this screenshot of mythtv-setup->Capture Cards:

I am running mythtv-setup (2:29.0+fixes.20180202.9b7b962-
0ubuntu0mythbuntu4) as:

$ ssh mythtv at mythserver mythtv-setup.real --geometry 720x480 -O ThemePainter=qt

since my BE is headless, but I see the same thing running "mythtv-
setup" regularly on a Xvnc session on the BE.
