[mythtv-users] demo test recorder

This on .28 backend, on Ubuntu 16.04.

So I got mysql sorted out, thanks.

But I have no tuners at present, just going to use backend to watch 
recordings until I get tuners up.

I am trying demo test recorder in mythtv-setup.
I copied an existing MPG file to test.mpg.

I delete all capture cards.
I delete all video sources.
Then added dummy tuner, specifying that file and mythtv said it liked that.

But when I exit mythtv-setup, it says Card 1 (type None) is set to start 
on Channel 3, which does not exist.
