You don't say how your mythtv is installed. Are you using a package manager
or are you building from source?
Have you updated any packages recently? As the logs reveal your libraries
are somehow more up-to-date than your version of the mythmetadatalookup
binary.
If you were using 'apt-get' on *buntu I would suggest something like:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
But your system may of course need a different approach.
