I have the same one:
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0a5c:21e8 Broadcom Corp. BCM20702A0 Bluetooth 4.0
It was Amazon where I bought it - had zero issues..

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CTFVXLL/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I did have to completely re-provision my hub / remote (factory reset it and
re-pair everything) to get it all working. It was a back side issue @
Logitech though, so not sure if that is required every time. It is truly a
*much* better experience.

My only issue is I take this remote with me when I travel to control my
Roku and hotel TVs, and no longer can I tell it to use IR versus hub on the
devices I need to control. Once I added this bluetooth device, it will not
control anything without being able to talk to the hub - no matter what. I
have to reset it, and sync it from a local profile, and re-pair it when I
get it back home. Logi is working on that as well though - just mentioning
that in case other people do what I do too..
