[mythtv-users] Change of Playback start in master and fixes/29

v29.0-80 disabled the 'Mythical bookmark' as default, so playback will 
now start at the start of the recording file.

The 'old' behaviour, start playback at scheduled start time, can be 
enabled from 'TV Settings' - but I was unable to find this in my menus.

I'm running MythCenter-wide, and it seems that 'TV Settings' is shown 
only in its 'Classic' mode, not in 'Default'

Frontend Setup >  Appearance >  Theme/Screen Settings > Menu Theme

Or this might be something in my theme tweaks...
