I just noticed that your #EXTMYTHTV lines do not look quite like mine:

#EXTMYTHTV:I4.11420.zap2it.com

versus

#EXTMYTHTV:xmltvid=thebox.sky.co.nz

I thought they needed the "xmltvid=" bit to work properly.
