[mythtv-users] New Frontend - can't connect to backend

New Frontend install, trying to connect to master backend but unable to
connect.

The install is all default, the frontend sees the "videos" under media
library.

However, when I go to play it, it keeps saying can't open remote file.

I am hoping to get some guidance on how to troubleshoot this...

here are my mariadb logs on the master
