If you can find the URL in the middle of the page, it may be usable.
Sometimes the URLs used are stable and can be found easily.  Sometimes
they are not visible and are calculated using Javascript code and can
change all the time, in which case they are unusable.


Another, possibly easier, way to find the URL is to view the page in
Firefox after installing the Firefox browser add-on called Video
DownloadHelper. The add-on will list all the video URLs it finds in that
page.

Chrome has it too but it doesn't work as well.
