Also note that if you do: systemctl cat NetworkManager-wait-online, it
executes: nm-online -s... And the man page for nm-online says, in part:

     -s Wait for NetworkManager startup to complete, rather than waiting for network
     connectivity specifically.

Making the ping or hdhomerun_config a more reliable check.
