done an existing transport scan, more4 and some other channels got updated. same problem - livetv working fine, no go with recording.
also updated my BE to the latests git fixes/29 commit so as up to date as i can be.

not sure if wiping the scan data and starting fresh would fix anything if running against an existing scan doesnt fix.
