Well this URL

seems to cover most if not all of the options for scaling.

Read through it and make sure you understand how it works and what you need
to do, it's pretty straight forward and if you keep notes of what you have
done you can always revert.

All technology changes just the way it works, I'm a Linux guy though, good
or bad it's way better than windoze and more likely to run on older
hardware. Good luck and let us know how it works out.
