The backend will get the database user id and password from
$HOME/.mythtv/config.xml, using the home directory of the user that runs
mythbackend (usually mythtv). You can create the config.xml file by
running mythtv-setup. If you have already run mythtv-setup it will have
created the config.xml file in the $HOME/.mythtv directory of the user
that ran mythtv-setup. You can copy that config.xml file to the
$HOME/.mythtv directory of the mythbackend user.
