[mythtv-users] Best tuner for Myth/ATSC? WinTV-dualHD TV Tuner not found.

It is not good practice to mix ubuntu ppas with debian an vice-versa but
having said that change the ppa file to zesty instead of artful, it just
went beta this week so they may not have the ppa setup yet.
