A damaged recording. Look for a line similar to this in the backend log:

FinishedRecording(2607_2017-11-22T13:32:33Z) damaged recq:<RecordingQuality overall_score="0" key="2607_2017-11-22T13:32:33Z" 
countinuity_error_count="0" packet_count="1871269">
