[mythtv-users] Hardcode masterbackend IP of mythweb

I'm looking to hard code the "masterbackendIP" for mythweb.  I've looked
through the PHP to try and figure it out, but I'm not a whiz with php and
don't want to dork it up.  Is there a setting or variable i can set so that
it won't use upnp to find the master backend and I can hard code an IP?
