So after ages messing about before all this, I re-mounted my new HDD in
fstab, at /Storage (not /media), and the issue is fixed! Not sure which
of those two things was the one that did it, but all is now fine, and
the job done in 5 mins! Mythtv recognises new drive, files copied across.
