Maybe post the whole output of the optimize_mythdb.pl run. I would be interested to see the output against recorded, recordedseek and program tables as a minimum.

The line 38 error relates to the recordedseek table. The line 42 error relates to the program table.

Would be worth reviewing and / or posting your back end log from before the lock up through to the reboot. It might help pin down what or where the error is.

Are you able to record or watch live TV at the moment or is that failed too? Is your program guide working? Restoring a recent backup may be the fastest to get up and running again (as it seems your database is suffering at least some corruption based on the error messages) although you lose anything since last backup and lose the opportunity to fix whatever is broken. But if you are offline you may rather prefer to just get back to functioning even if the cost is losing a few days worth of recordings.
