That is true. In this case, ITV3, the film started on time, and was cut
off after an hour.

The list of previously recorded episodes states a run time of an hour.
Is this information from the EPG or the actual start/end time from Myth.
i.e. if you started a recording late and finished it early, which info
would end up in the list of previously recorded episodes?

I am used to the EPG not matching reality on some channels by a few
minutes, but I've never seen crass errors like this would be.

Surely, using a source for the guide data other than the EPG would not
improve the situation in cases like this would it?
