And/or if it's not, update the protocol documentation to indicate that
it's a URL, not a "<file>".

What verifications need to be done?  Not being a MythTV developer, I'm
not sure what are all clients that use the FileTransfer facility.

Maybe we can add the list of verifications that would need doing to the
ticket?
