which on fios should not be an issue:-\ maybe i'll check the outsude box (4get 
what vz calls it) for ants again...

i also record ota, with another si.dust hdhr & eyetv usb, and i was having 
signal issues, so i replaced my >20yr old radioshack dist. amp in the attic 
(w/the antenna) with a winegard hda-200 giving +24db, split 2X, and the signal 
improved immensely:-)

but today, the signals are shit again:-( dunno if the new amp is fried (major 
heat wave here)-: but maybe i'll solve my proble by just not watching tv;-)
