This may help Oz users, it may only apply to perth region, but it is easy to try:
Delete all channels
Perform a full scan
Accept the suggested chan num for all conflicts (seems bizare to need to do this but you really need to, to have sheperd grabber work)
Use live TV and view each channel particualally signal strength and SNR
Delete the channels that do not come upto scratch or which are pure repeats
I find good channels have a signal strength cica 60% and bad channels a strength cica 20% using Haupauge Nova T dongle.
The are a raft of new channels or renamed channels so you need to do this anyway eg 7flix, SBS Viceland, ABC ME etc
