[mythtv-users] Issues with tmbd3 matching - looking for input

I tried hand patching in those 3 changes  and recompiled the .pyo and .pyc
files, but I don't see any change in the behaviour or logs.

Is there any other change that needs to be made?

Filenames should have parenthesis (from
/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/MythTV/tmdb3/tmdb_api.py). 

 

Try the command from a shell.

 

/usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Movie/tmdb3.py -l en -a US -M "Thor (2011)"

Should bring 11 results

 

/usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Movie/tmdb3.py -l en -a US -M "Thor 2011"

Should bring no results

 

If you have different results check your changes in tmdb3.py.

 

I don't have .pyo and .pyc. Delete them first.
